" It's worth more than you expect ...! "
Uzhun Vada


Ingredients :
Uzhun Parip - 2 cup
Onion - 1 (small)
Green Chilly - 2
Curry leaves - few
Cumin Seed - 1/4tsp
Assafotitida - 1 pinch
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Method :
Soak Uzhun Parip in water for 1/2 hour and then grind it. Cut onions, green chilly, curry leaves, cumin seeds into small pieces. Add salt, assafoitida together with the ingredients and mix well. Heat the pan (with the oil). Make it into balls. Create a hole in the centre part of the ball. Fry it till golden brown.
Serve it with Chutney.
