Egg Puffs

Ingredients :

 

Egg - 4

Onion - 1 (big) 

Ginger Garlic Paste - 1tsp

Green Chilly - 2 piece

Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp

Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp

Chilly Powder - 1/2 tsp

Curry Leaves - few

Oil - 1tbs

Salt to taste

Puff Pastry

Egg White - 1 egg's

 

Method :-

 

Firstly , boil the egg and put a pan over the flame. Heat the pan (with oil) and fry Onions for 5 mins. Add Ginger Garlic Paste, Green Chilly, Curry leaves and stir it for 2 mins. Add Chilly Powder, Garam Masala, Pepper Powder. Mix all the ingredients. 

Cut the boiled egg into two halves and put it into the pan. Off the stove.

Fill the egg masala into a puff pastry and stick all the 4 side into centre part. 

Dip it into the Egg White. Grease the butter in a Microwave plate and Put all the puffs in it. Bake it in the oven for 1 hour. 

 

Ingredients for 8 Egg Puffs.
