Chicken Samosa

Ingredients :

 

Chicken - 250 g

Onion - 4 piece

Ginger Garlic Paste - 1tsp

Green Chilly - 1

Garam Masala - 1tsp

Red Chilly Powder - 1 tsp

Chicken Masala - ! tsp

Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp

Curry Leaves - few

Coriander Leaves - 1 piece

Salt to Taste

Oil - 2tsp

 

Method :

 

Boil the Chicken with 1 tsp Chicken Masala and Salt.

Take a frying Pan and Heat 2 tsp oil and then add onions and fry it till golden brown. Add Ginger Garlic Paste, Green Chilly(finely chopped) and add little curry leaves and coriander leaves and then add Chicken Masala, Garam Masala, Salt, Turmeric Powder and mix well. Add Chicken (cut into small pieces) and off the flameafter mixing it with the ingredients.

Fill the Masala into Samosa leaves and fry both the sides until golden brown .

Serve hot.
