Chicken Cutlet

Ingredients :

 

Chicken - 250 g

Onion - 1 (big)

Potato - 4

Green CHilly - 2

Ginger Garlic Paste - 1tsp

Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp

Chicken Masala - 1tsp

Turmeric - 1/4 tsp

Salt to taste

Coriander Leaves - few

Bread Crumbs - 2 cup

Egg White - 2 Egg's

Oil

 

Method :

 

First Boil the Chicken piece with potato, salt and turmeric and keep aside.

Add some oil in the frying pan and then add onion and fry for 5 mins (vazhattuka), then add ginger garlic paste and green chilly, cook for sometime.

Add Chicken Masala with the boneless chicken (small) . Mix well

Then add Salt and Coriander leaves and off the flame.

Now smash the potatoes (kept aside) and add 1/2 cup bread crumbs and mix well. Make it into small balls in cutlet shape and dip it in Egg White and then into Bread Crumbs. Fry it until both sides become golden brown. 

And enjoy it hot with ketchup.
