Beetroot Chicken

Ingredients:-) 

Chicken 3/4kg 

For maination:-) 
Chilly powder 11/2tblsp 
Turmeric powder 1/2tsp 
Salt

(Marinate the chicken with chilly powder,turmeric powder,and salt. 
Keep aside for 15 minutes.)

For gravy:-) 
Onion 5 very thinly sliced 
Ginger-garlic paste 11/2 tblsp 
Green chilly paste 1tblsp 
Beetroot 1medium size 
Tomatoes 2 
Turmeric powder 1/4tsp 
Chilly powder 3tsp 
Salt 
Garam masala 1/2tsp to 1tsp 
Coriander leaves few 
Curry leaves 2springs 
Oil

Grind beetroot with tomato in a mixer.and make a fine paste.

Method:-) 
Heat oil,in a kadai add sliced onions for frying until golden brown and remove from oil. 
In the same oil,add chicken pieces and fry it. 
Take another non stick pot,add little same oil,and add ginger-garlic paste saute well. Add greenchilly paste. 
After a minute,add beetroot-tomatto paste.
if need,add some water and chilly powder,turmeric powder,nd salt. 
Close the lid nd cook on a low flame. 
After 5 to 10 mnts...you can see gravy becomes a thick paste.
Then,add fried chicken and mix well. 
Close the lid nd keep fror 5mnts. 
Then add fried onions and mix well.
Add coriander leaves and garam masala. 
Remove from fire.
